You’ll use industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to bring designs to life, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and technical documentation of high-profile construction projects in Bali.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain design standards and best practices for MANBAE Construction.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into feasible architectural solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design and construction.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Certification in LEED or other sustainable design standards is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
