📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee real-time monitoring of mining operations using advanced control systems and software such as SCADA and MineSight.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including implementing and enforcing safety measures.
• Optimize operational efficiency by analyzing data and implementing improvements in mining processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure smooth execution of mining activities.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, including safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Provide training and support to the mine control center team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and contractors, to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in SCADA systems and mine control software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and safety in mining operations.
