In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project management, from initial planning to final handover. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Utilizing industry-leading tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore, you will manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of high-quality residential and commercial properties.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources using advanced project management software.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the board of directors.
Lead a team of project managers and supervisors to achieve project milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in property development and construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong understanding of local regulations and building codes in Bali.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore.
