As a Lead Architect at MANBAE Construction, you’ll oversee the creative vision and technical execution of our projects, collaborating with a diverse team of architects, engineers, and contractors. You’ll use industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to bring designs to life, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic standards. This role is perfect for a seasoned architect looking to make a significant impact in Bali’s booming construction sector.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the design and technical documentation of high-profile construction projects in Bali.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Develop and maintain design standards and best practices for MANBAE Construction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into feasible architectural solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design and construction.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Certification in LEED or other sustainable design standards is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
