• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage inventory levels using Salesforce and QuickBooks
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities
• Schedule and manage staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
• Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Implement and monitor store policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
• Excellent leadership and management skills
