As a Hearing Consultant / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right hearing aids, providing after-sales support, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to delivery. You will work closely with audiologists and other professionals to deliver top-notch service, using tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual consultations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct hearing assessments and provide expert advice on hearing aid selection
• Assist customers in choosing the right hearing aids based on their needs and preferences
• Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot any issues with hearing aids
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with audiologists and other professionals to deliver comprehensive hearing solutions
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a professional environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Communication Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hearing aid sales, customer service, or a related role
• Certification in hearing aid dispensing (e.g., Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist - CHIS)
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with hearing aid brands and technologies
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
