🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on palm oil or lauric-based products.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices and ethical business standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sourcing and procurement software, such as SAP Ariba or similar.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of the local market and regulations in North Sumatra.
• Ability to travel extensively within Indonesia, including North Sumatra, as needed.
