📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements
- Implement and maintain the Odoo ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of Odoo solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo updates and best practices
- Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for future reference
- Participate in training sessions to upskill and mentor junior team members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Odoo implementation and customization
- Certification in Odoo (Odoo Technical Functional Consultant or similar) is a plus
- Proficient in Python, XML, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
