📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize financial accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
• Implement and maintain financial control systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior staff in financial accounting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a multinational company.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle financial systems.
• Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
