In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial statements, and ensuring timely tax filings. You'll work closely with our project managers and operations team to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. With a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, you'll be using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and Excel to streamline our financial processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments, including VAT and corporate income tax.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
