📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consolidate financial data from multiple subsidiaries and business units using SAP and Oracle.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
• Proficient in using SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with mining industry financial practices is a plus.
