As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential students, as well as promoting our programs and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and enroll students in our programs.,Conduct market research to identify potential student demographics and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote our programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns to promote our programs and services.,Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders.,Track and report on recruitment and sales performance metrics.,Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a seamless student recruitment process.,Attend and participate in industry events, workshops, and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian higher education market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM software and other marketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
