📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the business.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities where necessary.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Control inventory levels, ordering stock, and managing suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.,Participate in the development and implementation of the store's marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
