Hays Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Safety Engineer to join our client's team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of the plant operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain process safety measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the implementation of process safety management systems and procedures.,Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation planning to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Develop and maintain process safety information (PSI) and ensure its accuracy and accessibility.,Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to identify and address potential safety hazards.,Provide technical expertise and guidance to operational teams to promote a safety-conscious culture.,Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process safety improvement projects.,Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in process safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in process safety engineering, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong understanding of process safety management systems (PSMS) and relevant regulations.,Proficiency in hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques.,Experience with process safety information (PSI) management and documentation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with safety management systems and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
