📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize fleet operations.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.,Provide training and support to drivers and other fleet personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and safety.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian transportation regulations and industry standards.
