📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and complies with all local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Ensure the restaurant is well-stocked and that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff training.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
