📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by handling customer inquiries and providing product information.
  • Support the sales process by preparing sales presentations, updating customer information, and maintaining customer records.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, promotions, and trade shows.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings with customers and colleagues.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other related documents.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about sales and customer service.
