In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage to optimize fleet performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet status, performance, and any issues that need attention.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and procedures.,Handle communication and coordination with external vendors and service providers.,Support the logistics team in planning and executing transportation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
