📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations to management.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and job requirements.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices is a plus.
