📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following food safety and sanitation standards.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain efficient kitchen operations.,Assist in the development and testing of new pastry recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet production deadlines.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Excellent time management and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
