Mandiri Technology is looking for a Lead Warehouse Staff to manage and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehousing, with excellent leadership skills. This role is based in Gianyar, Bali, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage warehouse budget and resources to ensure cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in warehousing or logistics.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Must be able to work in a team and independently.
