📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned outlets, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular outlet audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
  • Promote and participate in company initiatives to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
