Moon Crystal Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Banquet Staff to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. As the Lead Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the banquet operations, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary materials and services are available for events.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as any other relevant laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of banquet operations, including event details, client information, and financial records.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Experience with event planning software and other relevant technology tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
