📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
  • Support the logistics team in managing inventory and supplies.
  • Assist in the organization and scheduling of operations activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to operational planning.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
