Gold Point Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent supply.,Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
