📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and ordering processes.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and special offers.,Participate in inventory audits and quality checks to maintain store standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
