🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban and rural development, with a proven track record in project management.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
