Local Store Sejahtera is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality recipes, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. This is a full-time position located in Tasikmalaya, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and seasonal menus.,Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.,Train and develop new kitchen staff.,Monitor food costs and contribute to budgeting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international culinary techniques.,Ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.
