📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the Puskesmas, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the financial performance of the organization.,Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to support the operations of the Puskesmas.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Coordinate with the hospital administration to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.,Oversee the payroll process, including the preparation of payroll schedules, calculations, and disbursements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to financial management in the healthcare industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
