📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate CNC bending machines to shape and form metal components with high precision.
• Follow and adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and implement design requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate CNC bending machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Train and mentor junior operators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC bending machines.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid certification in CNC machine operation or relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Mastercam or Fusion 360.
• Physical fitness to handle heavy machinery and work in a manufacturing environment.
