As a Duty Engineer at SotoGrande Batangas Hotel, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems throughout the hotel. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. You'll work with a variety of tools and software, including AutoCAD, SAP, and various electrical and mechanical maintenance systems. With your expertise, you'll help keep our hotel running smoothly and efficiently.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems throughout the hotel
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and efficiency of all systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and projects
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment status
- Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies in electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hotel policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical controls
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, or other relevant software and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
