📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to operational improvements.,Assist in budgeting and cost control for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cultural practices is a plus.
