Shop Direct Group is looking for a dedicated Deputy Purchasing Staff to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department in managing procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Support the purchasing manager in developing and implementing purchasing strategies.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
