📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the crew.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew and passengers.,Plan and execute daily operations and maintenance of the vessel.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and fuel consumption.,Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders.,Participate in emergency drills and response plans.,Maintain a clean and organized working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or Deputy Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) certification.,Good knowledge of navigation and maritime laws.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.,Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Indonesian.,First Aid and Fire Safety certification.,Clean and professional appearance.
