📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and coordinating team activities.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.,Monitor the progress of projects and tasks, providing feedback and support as needed.,Facilitate team meetings and ensure that all team members are actively participating.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the Captain in developing and implementing team policies and procedures.,Ensure that all team members are following company guidelines and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of success in team management and coordination.,Familiarity with company policies and procedures.,Ability to travel as required by the role.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
