The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to improve our financial processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records and documents to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.,Providing training and guidance to junior staff on auditing procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
