GLEAM Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing immediate assistance and reporting.,Maintain and operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.,Provide assistance to other security personnel and support staff as needed.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.,Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other security professionals as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security-related role.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Valid ID and security clearance.,Familiarity with security equipment and technology.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.
