📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety by implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols.,Train and develop restaurant staff to uphold our commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and maintain optimal inventory levels.,Promote and maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of operational and strategic plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
