In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Manage payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to relevant authorities,Monitor and manage cash flow and bank reconciliations,Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
