📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop fashion designs and patterns using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all garments are produced to the highest standards of quality.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that all garments are sewn and finished to the correct specifications.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into our designs.
• Ensure that all designs and patterns are accurate and meet the required specifications.
• Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attend fashion shows and events to showcase our designs and network with industry professionals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design and pattern making.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of fashion design principles and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Familiarity with garment construction and sewing techniques is a plus.
