In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure that all food and beverage items are stocked and prepared according to standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor and report on sales and customer feedback to improve service quality.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Lead and motivate the F&B service team to achieve targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B service industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
