📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective business English training programs tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients improve their communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and assessments, to support the learning process.
• Provide feedback and guidance to clients on their progress and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and coaching services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business English training and coaching.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies and initiatives.
• Promote the benefits of business English training and coaching to potential clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or coaching business English.
• Proven track record of success in developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of business communication principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing.
• Familiarity with business English training software and tools, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with the flexibility to adapt to part-time working arrangements.
